Having a professional headshot photographer come to your location for your office headshots gives you the convenience of having consistent headshots created for your entire staff without missing crucial time at the office. If you are hosting a conference, event or an annual regional convention, I can handle any number of employees or attendees.

I want to book a headshot session. What is the next step?
If you would like to book a headshot session simply click the “Book Now” button above this page or select “Individual Rates” for individuals or request a “Group Quote” for businesses. A down payment of 50% is required to book your session. The remaining balance will be due on the date of your booked session.
Do I need to schedule a consultation for my headshot session?
It is not required to meet with me prior to your shoot date. However, if it will make you more comfortable meeting and talking with me about your session beforehand, by all means let’s make an appointment. If you live out of Orlando and would like a phone consultation that can be arranged as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation please email or call me ASAP so I can offer up your time slot to another client.

How long will my headshot session last?
Typical sessions are approximately 1 hour long without professional hair/makeup artist. For a company looking for staff headshots, you can expect up to 20 min per headshot without hair/makeup.
Where will you shoot my headshots?
I shoot in the comfort of my home on the North West side of Chicago. My address is 5719 W Giddings St. When weather permits I likes to shoot on location in downtown Chicago or the surrounding neighborhoods. There are so many great natural backdrops in Chicago.
How do I pay?
When you book through my secure website, you will pay your deposit via credit card. During your session you can continue to pay via credit or use cash. No personal checks are accepted.
For businesses, a quote and invoice will be emailed with options to pay in full or split into a payment plan.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. To reserve a session, I require a 50% deposit.
What should I wear for my headshot session?
Clothing choice is extremely important to the look of your headshot. Once we book a date for your headshots, I will email you with a detailed guide covering all areas of the session. Generally, it is always a good idea to bring many different choices so that we can review everything prior to your shoot. You will want to include a variety of different colors, necklines, styles and textures. I can always help you make your final choices before the shoot.
I strongly suggest that you keep your clothing form fitting rather than loose and baggy/bulky. Try to bring the items from your closet that you feel good wearing. Bring colors that really make your eyes stand out. Good rule of thumb: bring the items that your friends and family comment on…especially if they say it really brings out your eyes! Keep it simple and remember when layering clothing to think of colors that contrast with each other.
What if I need to cancel?
Life is crazy, and I understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. If you cancel more than a 2 days before the shoot and reschedule, I will apply your deposit to the new shoot. If you cancel less than 2 days before the shoot and reschedule, I will apply half your deposit to the new shoot. If you don’t reschedule, you forfeit the deposit. However, if inclement weather forces us to cancel an outdoor shoot, I will apply the deposit to a rescheduled shoot.
